City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and consent agenda to include: Minutes from August 12, 2024 City Council Meeting, July 9, 2024 HRA Minutes; Payment of Bills; Triton High School Homecoming Parade Route/Road Closures on October 4, 2024;
• Dodge County converting vacant lot north of Fairview Nursing Home to native prairie grass;
• Delay primary enforcement of the abatement order until September 9, 2024 on 11 NW 1st St;
• Resolution 2024-020 – A Resolution Approving Variances for Valley View Manufactured Home Community;
• Resolution 2024-021 – A Resolution Approving a Lot Split for Hermila Richardson;
• Request for $8,000 to purchase and install paddles at Wastewater Treatment Plant;
• Quote from DeCook Excavating of $3,368.44 for the boulevard area at 406 NE 2nd St;
• Remove disconnection language from City policy;
• Writing off Hoaglund account in the amount of $6,892.13 and nuisance account from 18 NE 1st St in the amount of $300.
