Present: Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen via video, Paul Blaisdell, Matt Maas, Lee Mattson, Deputy Jeff Brion, Meredith Brose, Kathy Freeman
Absent:
City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and amended consent agenda to include: Minutes from June 24, 2024 City Council Meeting, Payment of Bills; Resolution 2024-019 Appointing of Election Judges;
• Public Hearing on Nuisance:
The order to abate 104 4th Ave NE; 510 E Main St; 107 4th Ave NE; 209 2nd St NE; 14 3rd Ave NE; 12 4th Ave SE; 105 1st Ave SE; 203 1st St SW;
Council will review: 506 3rd Ave NW; Extend time allotted to 405 1st St NW to August 5 2024 at which time the City will order to abate said property; Tabled abatement on 811 1st Ave NW for further investigation; Extend time allotted to 607 North St to September 30, 2024 at which time the City will order the abatement of said property; 306 4th Ave NW and 410 6th Ave NW were found to be in compliance at the time of the meeting;
• Public Hearing by City Council on the Valley View Lot Setback Variance;
• Denying request to pay additional hours of PTO over the 300 allowed.
