Absent:
City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and amended consent agenda to include: Minutes from July 22, 2024 City Council Meeting, March 14, 2024, April 11, 2024 and May 9, 2024 Library Board Minutes; Payment of Bills as amended; Gambling Permit Request from St John’s Catholic Church;
• Delay primary enforcement of the abatement order until September 30, 2024 on 709 2nd St NE;
• Public Hearing on Nuisance:
To execute the order to abate 11 1st St NW and 406 1st St NW;
• Roofing quote from Acreage & Farm Construction for the well house by the shop ($4,000) and the pole shed at West Park ($4,200);
• Hiring of Samual Jack – paid on-call EMT
• Temporarily decertify all revenue recapture for Ambulance Services;
