Present: Mayor Bill Ketchum, Cathy Skogen, Gary Trelstad, Paul Blaisdell, Braedon Dostal, Lee Mattson, John Fox, Marianne Sobek, Stephanie Gonzalez, Meredith Brose, Deputy Breuer, Gerald Runnells, Kailee Thompson, Regina Clement.
City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and Consent Agenda to include: Minutes of the July 13, 2026 City Council Meeting and July 13 City Council Special Meeting, Minutes of the April 2026 EDA Meeting, and Minutes of the April 2026 Park Board Meeting, Payment of bills and MBT Bank Note,
• Accept the staff recommendation to take no further action regarding the 308 2nd St NW property,
• Grant a 30-day extension until August 26, 2026 to the residents at the 509 3rd St SE property,
• Proceed with abatement of the property at 901 North St NE,
• Approve and adopt Ordinance No. 169,
• Authorize and approve an agreement with the State of Minnesota for development of the Clear Zone Approach Plan,
• Approve Resolution 2026-010, a resolution approving plans and specifications and ordering advertisement for bids in regard to the Lead Line Replacement Plan,
• Retain liability limits for the annual LMC liability insurance application,
