Five New Teachers Join Triton Staff this year

Jack Hager will be the long term special education sub. Jack graduated from the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse with a degree in Social Studies Education. He is looking forward to a new experience getting the chance to work with students in a new field. Jack loves to travel and will take any chance he gets to take a road trip.

Julie Fuchswill be the preschool and elementary ECSE teacher. Julie graduated from Mankato State University and has been a para-professional for the past twelve years. She has been getting the Kindergarten ready for the kids and is ready to see the students.

Karlyn Buchanan will be the elementary Title One teacher this year. Karrlyn is a WSU-Rochester graduate Elementary education K-6 para to teacher program. She has worked as a Title One para for two years at K-M and a First Grade teacher at K-M for four years. Karlyn is looking forward to making new relationships with staff and students at Triton and helping the students learn new ways, gain confidence in themselves and grow. Her hobbies are cheering on Minnesota sports, fishing, hunting and reading.

Katie Fitzgerald will be the Triton middle and high school Ag Teacher and FFA advisor. Katie graduated from Triton in 2020 and graduated from SDSU in My of 2024 with an animal science degree. She is looking forward to using her agriculture and FFA experience and background to help educate students. Growing up in West Concord Katie showed cattle on the county, state and national levels and was the 2020 Minnesota FFA Star Farmer.

Caroline (Gosse) Otto will be Middle School Special Ed teacher. She has been long term sub for First Grde and student taught the K-M Fifth Grade. Caroline is looking forward to building relationships with staff and students and making an impact in the community she grew up in. She enjoys golf, spending time with her two Labrador Retrievers, traveling with family and planning her up coming wedding.
