Present: Mayor Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Paul Blaisdell, Braedon Dostal, Lee Mattson, Mark Barwald, Meredith Brose, Deputy Tyler Breuer and Marianne Sobek.
City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and Consent Agenda to include: Minutes of August 11, 2025 Council Meeting, July 8, 2025 HRA Meeting, Payment of Bills, Triton High School Homecoming Parade Route/Road and Termination of Seasonal Employees;
• Authorizing staff to grant a one-month extension to 18 1st Ave NE based on an inspection to take place on Tuesday, August 26, 2025;
• 901 North St NE Abatement Order deadline of September 8, 2025;
• Resolution 2025-023 – A Resolution Approving an Interim Use Permit for William Sansan – 18 2nd St SW;
• New Maintenance hire – Hayden Barnes;
• Resolution 2025-024 – A Resolution Authorization to Execute Grant Documents Pertaining to the Jet-A-Fuel Expansion Project and Airport Lighting Design Project;
• Two Thousand Four Hundred dollar ($2,400) playground assessment contract with Playgrounds by Leathers for the play area at North Park;
