Present: Mayor Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen, Paul Blaisdell, Braedon Dostal, Lee Mattson, Mark Barwald, John Fox, Vanessa Hines, Meredith Brose, Dodge County Sheriff Deputy Tyler Vermeersch, Kathy Freeman and others.
City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and Consent Agenda to include: Minutes of September 22, 2025, Council Meeting, June 16, 2025, EDA Meeting, Ambulance Hiring Request, Resolution 2025-032 Airport Credit Reader Grant, Resolution 2025-033 Northeast Improvement Zone Bonding Request; Community Education Donation and Payment of Bills;
• Ordinance No. 166, Second Series – Amending Chapter 7 of the City Code by Providing for Additional Liquor Licenses;
• Public Hearing date for Harold’s Club in their request for a Sunday on-sale liquor license set for October 27, 2025;
• Quote received from Bargen, Inc to fill mastic around the manhole covers in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($15,800.);
• Donation to Ambulance Services in the amount of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.);
• Authorized Dodger Days Committee to hire “Good for Gary” band in the amount of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.).
