Present: Mayor Bill Ketchum, Gary Trelstad, Cathy Skogen (via remote), Paul Blaisdell, Braedon Dostal, Lee Mattson, Mark Barwald, Meredith Brose, Tyler Bruer, Miles Walters and Kathy Freeman.
City Council approved the following items:
• Agenda and Consent Agenda to include: Minutes of January 24, 2026, Council Meeting, Garbage Haulers License Renewals and Payment of Bills,
• Purchase of brush cutter in the amount of $8,500 from Sanco Equipment,
• Hiring of Stephanie Gonzalez in the part-time Administrative Assistant position beginning February 10, 2026,
• 2026 Equipment Plan.
