NOTICE OF ROAD ALTERATION AND VACATION HEARING
CONCORD TOWNSHIP, DODGE COUNTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the town board of Concord Township, Dodge County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on the 10th day of September, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Concord Town Hall located at
55319 201st Avenue, Concord, MN for the purpose of considering and acting upon a petition it received calling for the alteration and/or vacation of the following described road:
Alter: Platted width of 554th St. is 100’. Alter the platted width to the standard township 66’ from 201st Avenue east to the hamlet of Concord east border.
Vacate: All of the alley located in Block 19 between Commerce Street and Park Street, Original Plat, Concord, Dodge County, Minnesota.
All persons interested in this matter are encouraged to attend the hearing.
