The Dodge Center Fire Department held their annual Pancake Breakfast Sunday October 6th from 8am to 12:30pm. They served pancakes, sausages, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. There was also a silent auction held with the funds going to restore "Old 31".
This old 1931 Fire Truck was purchased new ninety- three years ago. The department is hoping to raise $30,000 to refurbish the fire truck as a valuable piece of city history.
